How does RealPropertiesAI work?
Simply enter your property details (address, beds, baths, sqft, features, and preferred tone), click 'Generate', and our AI creates 4 types of content: MLS description, social media posts, email campaigns, and a video tour script. The whole process takes about 30 seconds.
Is the content unique for each listing?
Yes! Every generation is unique based on the specific property details you provide. The AI creates fresh, original content tailored to your listing's features and your chosen tone.
Is the content MLS-compliant?
Our AI is trained to avoid fair housing violations, protected class references, and risky language. However, we recommend reviewing all content before posting, as MLS requirements vary by region.
What if I don't like the generated content?
You can regenerate with different settings, or manually edit the output. Each regeneration counts as one listing credit. We recommend trying different tones to see what works best for each property.
Can I use this for commercial properties?
Yes! RealPropertiesAI works for all property types including single-family, condos, townhomes, multi-family, land, and commercial properties.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Billing page in the app and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can cancel anytime with one click. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your listing data with third parties. Our systems are hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. Contact support@RealPropertiesAI.com.
Can I use RealPropertiesAI for my team?
Currently, accounts are individual. Team features with shared billing are coming soon! Contact us if you have specific needs.
What happens to unused listings at the end of the month?
Listing credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. With 50 listings on Starter, most agents have more than enough!
